A V8-only Durango and a Charger with more than 25 new factory options across the Dodge lineup, now at Kunes. We make it EASY!
The 2027 model year keeps Dodge focused on muscle, with a Durango that drops its V6 and a Charger that is easier than ever to personalize. Most of the lineup carries over from 2026, so the Dodges you know keep their strengths while picking up new options. Here is a look at what is new, what is changing, and what carries over as you shop at Kunes.
What's New Across the 2027 Dodge Lineup
The Charger adds more than 25 new factory options, from new stripes and a Satin Black hood to Petrol Blue seats and Demonic Red seat belts, across its Sixpack and Daytona lineup. The Durango is HEMI-only for 2027, with the 5.7-liter HEMI in the GT HEMI, the 6.4-liter 392 HEMI in the R/T 392, and the supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI in the SRT Hellcat.
What's Changing This Year
The biggest change is under the Durango's hood. Dodge dropped the 295-horsepower V6 that was available on the 2026 GT, so every 2027 Durango uses a HEMI V8 and comes with standard all-wheel drive. Each model has its own details, so our dedicated 2027 pages break down every trim and option.
What Carries Over
The things that make a Dodge a Dodge carry into 2027. All three Durango HEMI engines pair with an eight-speed automatic, with the GT HEMI making 360 horsepower, the R/T 392 making 475, and the SRT Hellcat making 710. The Durango keeps its three-row layout, and the Charger keeps its muscle-car character across the Sixpack and Daytona lineup.
