Why this mission matters
Safe Families for Children of Wisconsin connects parents in crisis with vetted, well-trained volunteers—coaches, host families, and resource families—who provide temporary hosting, emotional support, and community connection through local churches and partners. In 2024, 98% of families served stayed together, reflecting a community-based alternative to unnecessary foster care.
