DELAVAN, Wis. (Sept. 25, 2026) - More than 200 RV dealerships across the United States and Canada were nominated for the 2026 RVBusiness Top 50 Dealer Awards. Fifty made the list. Five earned Blue Ribbon.
Kunes RV is one of the five, and the only one in Wisconsin.
RVBusiness announced the winners on September 23, naming Kunes RV, headquartered in Delavan, a Blue Ribbon Dealer. The awards will be presented November 11 at the 2026 RV Dealers Convention/Expo in Las Vegas.
What Blue Ribbon Means
Manufacturers nominate the dealers they consider worthy. Nominees submit a detailed application. A volunteer panel of industry veterans then spends two days reviewing them in Elkhart, Indiana. Out of that field, five are named Blue Ribbon.
Kunes RV joins Fun Town RV of Fort Worth, Texas; Parkview RV Center of Smyrna, Delaware; PleasureLand RV Center of St. Cloud, Minnesota; and Ron Hoover RV & Marine of Rockport, Texas. Now in its 15th season, the program is run by G&G Media Group, publisher of RVBusiness and Woodall's Campground Magazine.
The Judges Measured What We Already Believe
The panel weighs five things: professionalism, association activities, civic involvement, best practices, and consumer care.
Not one of them is units sold.
Anyone who knows Kunes will recognize that list, because it is close to the one we wrote for ourselves.
Community engagement
We show up where our customers live: the Walworth County Fair, Rockin' the Prairie, the annual Clay Shoot. The judges call it civic involvement.
Service excellence
Our work does not end at the sale. It continues in a service center staffed by trained technicians who keep your RV road ready season after season. The judges call it consumer care.
Expertise and guidance
Our people are RV people, and they will tell you the truth about a floor plan, a tow rating, or a budget, even when that means talking you out of the camper you came in for. The judges call it best practices.

An award that measures those things is one worth having.
What It Looks Like Day to Day
Recognition like this is built on ordinary days. The service writer who calls back when she said she would. The technician who catches a failing wheel bearing before a family pulls onto I-43. The salesperson who spends an hour on a deal that ends with a customer keeping their money.
None of that shows up in a sales report. All of it is what the judges went looking for.
