The President’s Award for Customer First recognizes dealerships that consistently exceed customer expectations and represent the best of the best. To be eligible for the award, dealerships must meet all required standards, including achieving sales efficiency at or above 105% and Toyota Loyalty & Engagement Efficiency (TLEe) at or above 102%.
