The Kunes Family Foundation is proud to support the 2025 Care4 Breast Cancer 5K, celebrating 25 years of community impact, compassionate care, and lifesaving support for individuals and families affected by breast cancer.
Hosted by the Health Partnership Clinic, this annual 5K brings together participants from across the region to raise awareness and critical funding for breast cancer services. Proceeds directly support screenings, education, and patient assistance, ensuring that everyone—regardless of income or insurance status—has access to the care they deserve.

For a quarter-century, the Care4 Breast Cancer 5K has united runners, walkers, survivors, and supporters in a shared mission: to promote early detection, provide hope, and empower individuals facing breast cancer.
