A family-owned dealership group built on Faith, Family, and Giving Back earns recognition for the culture behind the counter, not just the cars on the lot

DELAVAN, WIS. (August 13, 2026) – Kunes Auto & RV Group announced today that 11 of its 54 auto dealerships have been named to Automotive News' 2026 Best Dealerships To Work For list, one of the retail automotive industry's most competitive workplace honors. The list is compiled by Automotive News in partnership with Workforce Research Group, which considered more than 18,000 dealerships nationwide before narrowing the field to the top 150.

Unlike honors built on customer reviews or sales numbers, this one is built entirely on what employees say about their own workplace. Workforce Research Group's two-part evaluation combines a confidential employee survey with a review of each dealership's workplace policies and practices, so the results reflect what it's actually like to work at a Kunes store, not what Kunes says about itself.
